Gold Hills is a beautiful and luxury home communty nestled in the foothills North of Redding. It is a lovely and prestigious community with homes backing to the golf course, golf course views and luxury amenities and views of three surrounding mountain ranges.
At the end of January we had:
7 Actives – Median Price $445,000, 1 Pending – Median Price $399,000, and no closed sales in the Month of January, 2009. We see an average square foot List price of $173.
